Ecommerce Help Centre Controller

A major retail client is looking for an eCommerce Help Centre Controller to be a part of their Operations Team. This role is perfect for anyone that has had eCommerce experience specific to logistics and retail operations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for forging and maintaining strong relationships with all aspects of the eCommerce operation to encure processes and procedures are effectively communicated and fully understood as well as to act as the point of contact for the operations and customers to resolve day to day operational issues and queries. You will also be tasked with monitoring and leading operations flow from order creation to delivery and maximizing the percentage of online orders in order to be delivered to customers on time. This all requires excellent attention to detail and ability to proactively solve problems, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

- Tertiary Qualification
- Supply Chain and logistics experience in eCommerce retail operations
- Experience with working with a contact centre, preferrably within eCommerce
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Track record of analytical thinking and problem solving
