We are looking for a vibrant Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team!
At its core this role is about assisting the team to grow our audience, bookings, revenue and maximise profits whilst optimising spend levels across our different channels (SEM, Display, Remarketing, Social, App), and international markets (South Africa, Nigeria & Middle-East).
- Campaign set up and management tactics to maximize performance and revenue
- Daily optimisation, reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Set up bid strategies, budget pacing, remarketing list, ad copy testing, landing page testing, inventory and business data management
- Ensure campaign delivery against revenue goals and Key Performance Indicators as established with the head of Digital and country managers
- Report weekly and monthly on the different campaign performance
- Actively research latest trends, tools and optimisation tactics
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in SEM, Display and/or Social Marketing with hands on experience running campaigns
- Familiarity with bid and ad campaign management platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Google sheets and PowerPoint
