My client is an independent marketing agency that is 20 years young. They are looking for a Digital Media Campaign Manager to join their Digital Media & Data team in Cape Town.

Technical Requirements
- Experience with setup, optimisation and reporting on the following Ad platforms:
o Essential
- Google Ads Facebook Business Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
o Beneficial
- Google Marketing Platform
- Twitter Ads
- Certification in the following Ad platforms:
o Essential
- Google Ads (Search, Display and Video)
- Facebook Ads (Blueprint, free version)
o Beneficial
- Google Marketing Platform
- DV360
- SA360
- CM
- Twitter 101
- Certification in Google Analytics preferred
- Certification in Google Tag Manager advantageous
Media Requirements
- An understanding and working knowledge of the modern Ad Operations process
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- An understanding and working knowledge of standard performance metrics
- A record of accurate reporting with world-class insights
- An understanding of budget pacing and corrective measures
- An understanding of budget allocations and budget management
- An understanding of KPI measurement, tracking and optimisations
- Working knowledge of creative reviews, critiques and best practices
- Working knowledge of volume / reach research, KPI establishment and measurement
- An understanding of UTM tracking parameters and platform pixel usage
